Hydrate: We are 76% water and we need to keep it flowing. First thing in the morning, hydrate your body with the water and salts that it needs.
There are many ways to supercharge the water you drink during the day. Here are two concepts to make your water more aligned with your body.

Super simple and this is a great one for ease when travelling, on the move or after a particularly heavy/late meal.
Mix 500ml of boiling water with 500ml of filtered water. Squeeze the juice half an organic unwaxed lemon, add a pinch of salt and drink before your morning coffee and breakfast.

While The Classic approach is great to enhance water absorption. To revitalise water the Ayurvedic approach is to add herbs and spices which are incredibly healing to the body.
The right addition at the right time of year can augment the healing properties of water by many times. Herbs & Spices can be added to hot water or steeped in boiling water for 10 minutes for more strength.
SPRING: Fresh ginger, cumin seeds, honey, fresh herbs like mint, lemongrass and Tulsi.
SUMMER: Mint, lemongrass, lemon juice, fennel greens or seeds, and cardamom.
AUTUMN: Lemon juice, lemongrass, fresh ginger, cinnamon, cumin seeds.
WINTER: Fresh ginger, lemon grass, basil, tulsi, cardamom, cinnamon, star anise.
